Our club fee structure (effective January 2025).

- Monthly payment payable at the start of each month. We expect payment mid mid month at the latest, unless otherwise agreed in advance with us.
- LTKD aims to operate 38 of the main scheduled classes per annum.
- This allows for the main scheduled class not running during key holiday periods (Easter, Summer, Christmas, Bank Holidays).
- If we have to cancel a main scheduled class we will make all reasonable efforts to put on an additional class to compensate. This may be a different day / time (primarily due to hall availability).
This is very rare, and would only occur if the event both instructors were unavailable due to unforseen circumstances.
- Non-payment may result in the student losing their place at the club.
- We treat August separately due to school summer holidays. If there appears to be sufficient interest we still run the club on some or all of the Mondays – excluding the late August bank holiday – and charge a per session rate.
- We operate cashless and collect payments either via Spond or Sumup. If there are special circumstances and we agree to accept a cash payment please note there is a £1.00 handling fee (this covers the bank charge for cash deposits).
