Black Belt training – Sunday 12th October
Black Belt session on Sunday 12th October is being held at Shepshed at 2pm. The session will focus on 1 step sparring / self defence / take downs. This session is open to red belts. There is no Black Belt session at Heatherton at 5:30pm on this day. Jamie
