Dear students / parents,
Here are the arrangements for the grading on Sunday 12th December.
Due to COVID, we are having to arrange the grading a bit differently. Please review the following information.
COVID LFT:
Authentic TKD requests that students take a LFT within 24 hours before the grading (ideally, Sunday morning) and only attend if the result is negative. Thank you.
Location:
Sutton Bonington Library, Village Hall , St Anne’s Lane, Main Street, Sutton Bonington, Loughborough , Leicestershire , LE12 5NJ
Please park at the rear of the hall. Please wait in the vehicle and someone will come to the hall door to invite students in. Students – Please wear a mask whilst waiting in the holding area (the kitchen) until you enter the main hall.
Only one parent / carer will be allowed in the hall and will be required to wear a mask.
Timings:
Students will be graded in time slots as per the schedule below.
10:30 to 11:00 – White belts (10th kup)
11:00 to 11:30 – Yellow tags (9th kup)
11:30 to 12:00 – Yellow belts (8th kup)
12:00 to 13:00 – green tag (7th kup), green belt (6th kup), blue belt (4th kup)
Please turn up about 5 to 10 minutes before your slot. As soon as the students have finished grading they are free to go.
Results will be given Monday 13th December during class.
